10 reviews for CYBTM Bike Freehub Remove Install Tool

  1. Yodadad

This enabled me to repair an old freehub, so it works! The screw appears to be stainless but the main body is cast. It will be ok for infrequent use but will not stand up to professional use.

  2. Finally worked out how to use it n it does works fine!just required bigger washer

I’m not very patient but buying things that I’ve read work but its working out how to use them makes it a worthwhile purchase

  3. Mr Glynn Turner

Good quality product arrived on time.

  4. Roger Hickman

I looked like it wouldn’t work at first but the freewheel hub was just very tight. It did the job but I was unable to repair the old unit. Personally I would just replace the hub if it fails again.

  5. N. H.

Did the Job intended for.Much cheaper to clean hub full of grease to free up Pawl so they can spring out again. You can buy a replacement hub for twice the price of the tool but didn’t take too much to service the Freehub. The free hub works like new again.

  6. Sophie

Made from proper steel, works fine. When servicing free hubs make sure you clean it thoroughly and avoid getting grease near the ratchet surfaces. Any trace of grease and it will slip. Less is more I suppose.

  7. Stanley Hewitt

great quality tool for the job in hand

  8. Chris SF

Removed the freehub with ease after getting this tool

  9. jay

Need this for a job i was doing, arrived quickly through amazon and the tool works great, Strong sturdy tool at a good price

  10. Thomas Ross

You only need this tool if you plan to dismantle a free hub, this does not help you to remove it from the wheel, in my case it required a 14mm Allen Key from the brake disc side ( after removing the brake disc)
