As a result, the consumer is fully aware and in total agreement on the content of these conditions to the extent that the customer wishes to order online the products presented in the framework of the website shop. The consumer has the option to save or print these terms and conditions, provided that both the saving and editing of this document are the sole responsibility. The consumer, prior to his order, agrees that the acquisition of these products is not directly related to his professional activity and that their acquisition is reserved for a personal use. Article 1: Entirety

Article 3: Contractual documents

Article 4: Entry into force - duration

These conditions come into force on the date of signature of the order form. These conditions are concluded for the duration necessary for the provision of goods and services purchased, until the expiry of the guarantees owed by the Acycles company.

Article 5: Electronic signature

The "Click" of the consumer on the payment page to purchase the order constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.

Article 6: Order Confirmation

The contractual information will be confirmed by e-mail once the order has been confirmed no later than at the time of delivery or otherwise, to the address indicated by the consumer in the purchase order.

Article 7: Proof of the transaction

The records stored by the company Acycles will be considered proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties.

Article 8: Product Information

Article 9: Prices

The prices are displayed in Euros, British Pounds, US Dollars, Yen or Australian Dollars. They do not include delivery charges, extra costs, and are indicated before the validation of the order. The prices include the VAT applicable on the date of the order and any change in the VAT rate will be reflected in the prices of the online store. Payment of the full price must be made when ordering. At no time, payments can be considered as a deposit(s). Article 10 : Payment Method

Article 11: Availability of products

Article 12 : Terms of delivery

The Acycles company must be informed within a week. Regarding shipping, we mainly work with La Poste, GLS, Mondial Relay, DHL and US Postale services. We disclaim any responsibility for longer delivery times because of carrier, especially in case of loss of products or strike.

Article 13 : Delivery problems due to the carrier

Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery order, damaged parcel, broken product ...) must be indicated on the delivery form accompanied by the customer's signature. The consumer must confirm this problem by sending the carrier within two (2) business days following the date of delivery by registered mail with return receipt stating such claims. Article 14: Delivery errors

14-a: The consumer must make the Acycles company aware the same day as delivery or no later than the first business day following delivery for any claim of error of delivery and / or non-conformity of goods as compared to the instructions on the order form. Any claim made after this time will be rejected.

To be accepted, any return must be reported in advance to the Acycles company customer services.
Shipping costs are the not the responsibility of the Acycles Company for returns and exchanges. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Acycles Company in the case of a delivery error except in cases where it turns out that the product does not match the original declaration as made by the consumer in their right to return the product(s).

Article 15: Product Warranty

In accordance with Article 4 of Decree No. 78-464 of 24 March 1978, the provisions hereof may not deprive the consumer of the legal guarantee which obliges the seller to guarantee against all consequences of defects of the goods sold. Article 16: Right of withdrawal

Only products returned are in their entirety, in their complete original packaging and intact and in perfect condition for resale are accepted. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged. This right of withdrawal is without penalty, except the cost of return. Article 22 : Data Protection

The information requested from the consumer is required to process the order and will never be disclosed to contractors or partners of the Acycles company. In accordance to the law of the 6 January 1978 the customer has the right to modify, delete any information relating to their personal details at any time.
